Fun With Fjords Rules
Thank you for taking the time and interest in our Fun With Fjords Points Program! This program is designed to give back to our members and the Fjord. Below you will find details on how the program works. Please feel free to ask questions, as always, we are here for you!
The Points Program is based on our mission to promote the Fjord breed by getting our Fjords out there for all to see! There are three divisions, one for each membership category, Junior, Single or Farm. You can only compete in the category in which you became a member. The program is designed so that everyone can participate, even those who don’t compete or even own a Fjord! There are categories for everyone and grand prizes will be awarded in each membership division.
Rule #1 Only members of the NFHA can participate. If you are not a member and would like to participate please visit our webpage at www.northeastfjord.com, go to the join us page, and become a member.
Rule #2 All submissions must be photo submissions so ability to take a photo is necessary to compete for points.
Rule #3 All Events/Activities must be from this current year, 2014.
How it works….Events/Activities have been set up to encourage members to promote the Fjord breed and the NFHA. Each “event/activity” is assigned a number of points. The person with the most points on December 31st in each membership category wins the Grand Prize!
Submission rules… All submissions have to be in jpeg format to show proof of “event/activity” unless otherwise noted. Photos can be submitted on the timeline of the Northeast Fjord Facebook page or via email to email@example.com. To be certain your photo is counted for points, it must be acknowledged as an entry.
If you submit via FACEBOOK either Sheri Bankert or Angela Young need to “like” your photo in order for it to be counted, please give us 24 hours to “like” your photo if we don’t please contact us.
If you submit by email you will receive a confirmation of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation your photo was not received/counted.
All photos submitted are subject to be used on the NFHA webpage or FACEBOOK page unless otherwise noted in submission.
To submit an Entry:
1. Either email to firstname.lastname@example.org or post your photo on the NFHA’s FACEBOOK.
2. Be sure to include all the required information listed on the Points Program Event/Activities
3. In addition: Include your name, number of event/activity you are submitting for, location, date and brief summary explaining the submission. If you are a farm membership please indicate which farm you are submitting for.
