                                               2006 Horse Show Results

The show committee would like to thank all the people involved in putting on this years Northeast Fjord Horse Show. The rain coming on Sunday was not a problem with the indoor arena, and thank you to the competitors who graciously changed their schedules on Saturday so we could fit in all the classes before the rain. Special thanks to Carl Cleveland, Alan Lipson, Austin and AnnMarie Fisher, Dave Vallillee, Carol Tacey, Tony Dimuccio, Danielle Campbell, Hilary Harty, Joanna Cadorette, Howie Kline, Curt Pierce, AJ Lipson and last but not least all the competitors who braved the weather, holiday weekend and gas prices to come out and support the club and have fun. The Texas BBQ outdid themselves again this year. We had so much leftover food we donated it to the Spencer Homeless Shelter.

The Oregon Fjord Horse Club donated a cooling sheet to the high point rider for our 2006 show. Julia Horton riding for Blue Heron Farm was the winner.

Congratulations also to Julia Horton for winning the NFHA High Point Award, and the Massachusetts Horse Junior Horsemanship Award
